Yes. AWG Custom Designs is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) and follows all federal, state, and local firearm laws.

How much do you charge for an FFL transfer?
Transfer fees vary. Please contact us before ordering a firearm so we can provide current pricing and transfer instructions.
Can I have a firearm shipped to you?
Yes. Before placing your order, contact us so we can provide the information your seller needs.
What do I need to pick up my firearm?
You’ll need:
A valid government-issued photo ID
Any required state documentation
Successful completion of the ATF Form 4473 and background check
Can someone else pick up my firearm?
No. The individual listed on the paperwork must complete the background check and take possession of the firearm.

Custom Work
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Most custom projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.
How long does custom work take?
Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the project and current workload. We’ll provide an estimated completion time when your order is accepted.
Can you recreate a design I found online?
We can create custom designs inspired by your ideas, but we do not copy copyrighted artwork or trademarks without authorization.
Will engraving affect my firearm’s warranty?
Some modifications may affect a manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend checking with the firearm manufacturer if warranty coverage is important to you.
Do you work on customer-supplied firearms?
Yes. We regularly customize customer-owned firearms after verifying they can legally be accepted for service.
